Prije svega ljubaznost i gostoprimstvo domaćina, zatim čistoća apartmana, to što je apartman jako prostran i odličan za porodice sa djecom kao i sama lokacija apartmana.
Kod ovog objekta mi se nije svidjela buka koja je sve vrijeme dolazila iz susjednog apartmana vjerovatno zbog loše izolacije. U apartmanu preko puta su bili mladi ljudi koji su se željeli dobro zabaviti dok je nama bio potreban mir i tišina naročito u ranim noćnim satima jer tada djecu stavljamo na spavanje.
