Not to mention, you're only 5 miles away from the high-end shops and local restaurants of downtown Palm Springs.
You'll find that the kitchen if fully stocked to cook up a gourmet creation or a quick snack. You will have everything you need to make this vacation rental your home. Your dining table provides an incredible view of the landscape and breathtaking mountain views, if you decide to eat indoors that is.
The living room provides a large smart screen television, electric fireplace heater, boardgames, and relaxing furniture to enjoy one-another's company. You can also challenge your family or friends to a game of pool, that's right, this property comes equipped with a gorgeous pool table that sits in front of another electric fireplace heater and a smart television for your enjoyment.
This vacation rental home features three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The bedrooms are located up the lighted staircase. The primary suite has beautiful 180-degree views of the mountain range and greens. The two junior suites located down the hall are quite spacious, and they have their own ensuite bathrooms, because who doesn't appreciate having their own bathroom while on vacation!
When you`re not out exploring the scenic desert landscape or exploring the Indian Canyons, slow down and enjoy the sunshine from the patio, or take a long dip in the private pool and marvel at the panoramic mountain views. Take notice as the sun sets beautifully over the ridge as it creates a memorable backdrop to your perfect day.
Your resort experience offers 27 holes of amazing golf (special golf packages are available just contact the pro-shop), driving range, tennis, pickle-ball, racquetball, full-service Spa, and a newly designed fitness center. The Club House has amenities including the Clubhouse grill, bar, lounge, and dining room. You can also enjoy any of the 33 other complimentary pools located throughout the resort. Available activities include golf and tennis lessons (group clinics) with on-site pros, Bingo on Wednesdays, themed culinary experiences nightly in the dining room and much more (in order to use these amenities, please contact Desert Princess Country Club Club House).

This vacation rental is in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.
In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy of 6. The maximum number of vehicles allowed at this property is 3.

We had an incredible time staying at this nice vacation home in Cathedral City. The property was exactly as described— clean, and well-maintained. The home is tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the private pool, stunning views,which added to our overall experience.
The location is perfect, nestled in the Coachella Valley, offering easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, providing a peaceful retreat while still being close to everything we needed.
The agency was responsive, friendly, and accommodating. They provided us with clear instructions for check-in and check-out and were available to answer any questions we had throughout our stay.
Overall, this was one of the best vacation experiences we've had, and we highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Cathedral City.

The home was beautiful with gorgeous views. There should be a note in the description that there are a lot of electronics to operate the home; drapes, curtains, hot tub, etc. Not a great spot for folks adverse to electronics. The hot tub does not remain warm but you have to warm 2 hours ahead of time it using an app. Complicated. Also during our stay the tub heating system failed and we had to have it serviced. Thankfully the management company waived our hot tub heating charge for our stay.

PROS: House has a nice view to the golf course and the benefit of the sun in the afternoon/evenings. Pool controls easy to use and functioned well. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom which was really nice. Pool table was fun, TV, etc worked well. Management company was the best management we've ever had at a rental home, they immediately took care of some minor adjustments (new pool umbrella, bbq lighter & outlet that didn't work).
CONS: Sounds in the house easily drift upstairs, lighting in kitchen & dining is stark brite white, it would be easy to change them to a warm shade & it would be much nicer for hanging out and relaxing over dinner, etc. House is not finished with high end materials but seemed fair for what we paid.
