Villa Bethléem is a restored 19th-century thatched cottage located in the heart of Veules-les-Roses, one of France’s most beautiful coastal villages. In a past life, Villa Bethléem was a small barn. Nowadays, the house has been renovated and updated with care to preserve its character and charm. Just a short walk from the beach, the river path, and local shops, the house is situated on a quiet residential lane across from the ruins of the 13th century Église Saint-Nicolas.

Inside, you'll find:

One quiet and comfortable bedroom with sea views and quality linens. A light-filled living area with traditional details and a vintage dining table. A dedicated workspace with standing desk and sea view -- ideal for working remotely. A fully equipped chef’s kitchen with induction cooktop. High-speed WiFi, heating, and all essentials provided. The home combines Norman heritage with simple, functional design -- perfect for travelers seeking a quiet base to enjoy the beach, walks along the cliffs, or a slower rhythm of village life. Everything in Veules-les-Roses is walkable: the beach, the weekly market, bakery, cafés, and the smallest river in France are all just minutes away.
