Situated on the second floor of a three-story building (with a lift), the property is surrounded by lush greenery and enjoys a private balcony ideally set up for alfresco dining.
The interior features an open plan living space that opens onto the balcony and is furnished with a dining table, a sofa, two armchairs and a Smart flatscreen TV. The separate kitchen is equipped with a Moka coffee machine, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer.
