Would have expected complimentary coffee/tea. No hair dryer was provided. Also, I feel that guests should not have to take trash out, start towels in washing machine and wash dishes. This cleaning service was paid for in the price of the booking. As booking with a hotel there is usually always complimentary coffee & tea, use of a hair dyer and trash and towels are taken care of by the hotel cleaning staff. So, to have to pay a $80 cleaning fee added to the booking this service should not be required of the quests but done by the cleaning company. Another concern is asking guests to wash the dishes when there is a dishwasher. Unfortunately you cannot trust that someone using the dishes actually cleaned them thoroughly enough for the next guests. Having the dishwasher wash the dishes would eliminate the question if the dishes were/are actually clean or not from others germs.

This place looks just like it does in the photos. It’s super clean, and right on the lake! (So clean, even the tub jets were clean.) The sofas and the beds were very comfortable (and, again, super clean). It was easy to find, also.
