Le logement super bien situé et très spacieux très lumineux et il y a vraiment tout ce qu il faut.
Les toilettes dans la salle bain ça c est pas bien du tout et juste pour un grand logement. Salle de bain vieillotte aurait besoin d être remis au goût du jour.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Zentrale Lage. Als Musiker war der Flügel für uns ein Highlight 🤩
Mülltonnen nicht vor dem Haus. Klimagerät wäre nicht schlecht. Fernseher/Fernsehfernbedienungen nur mit "work-around" nutzbar; mussten App downloaden, um Lautstärke zu regeln.

Emplacement ok à proximité plage / nombreux commerces et restaurants belle superficie totale, lits confortables et luminosité / ensoleillement de l’appartement
Insonorisation catastrophique avec l’appartement du dessous et en bord de rues très bruyantes (circulation constante) / wc dans salle de bain / appareils électroménager pas adaptés à 6 personnes / chauffe eau (pas de débit + eau tiède)/ cafetière à filtre bas de gamme / grille pain trop petit / un volet roulant défectueux … bref appartement vieillissant et qui nécessiterait une sérieuse rénovation. Absence de linge de toilette / lits non faits (draps / alèses bas de gamme) moquettes tachées / murs avec tâches d’humidité…
