Sehr schönes neu erstelltes oder umgebautes Gebäude. Die Wohnung war für unsere Ansprüche perfekt. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Die Lage ist natürlich auch sehr schön, da man etwas erhöht runter auf die Stadt und aufs Meer sehen kann. Vieleicht als Hinweis: Ein Fahrzeug ist Muss.
Wir waren im Februar da. Ich möchte es so formulieren: In Italien werden meist aus Kostengründen der Investition die Klimaanlagen als Splittsysteme eingesetzt. Im Sommer kühlen, im Winter heizen. Da heisst, im Raum ist permament mit Zugluft zu rechnen. Einige Personen reagieren mit Erkältung. Mit etwas Geschick, kann man dem entgegenwirken, man sollte es aber denn wissen und es gehört meine Meinung nach in die Ausschreibung. Ein Heizung wie wir es kennen, gibt es nicht. (Bodenheizung, Radiatorenheizung)
