⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What I appreciated most about Palm Inn Motel was the responsiveness of the management team. A situation arose during my stay that had nothing to do with the motel itself, but it was concerning enough that I worried it could escalate and potentially require emergency services. Management acted quickly, professionally, and decisively, resolving the issue before it became anything more serious. Their willingness to step in and help gave me tremendous peace of mind. I was also very impressed with the room itself. Both the bedroom and bathroom had clearly been remodeled and featured a clean, modern look that felt very current and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless, and the overall cleanliness of the room exceeded my expectations. The TV was another pleasant surprise, with modern connectivity that allowed me to easily connect my phone and laptop. Between the excellent customer service, the clean and updated accommodations, and management's genuine concern for guest well being, I had a very positive experience and would gladly stay here again.

I think that because this is a rather large motel, the AirPlay connection from my iPhone to the TV lagged a little, but it is understandable if multiple tenants are trying to log in and use AirPlay on the TV

Not far from city centre and AC works

Not clean at all sadly, beds had cigarette en blood stains on them. Dirty sheets and towels had black stains on them. Bathroom had a lot of hairs of tenants before us in it.
