The rooms were clean everything was new. I had a problem with the tv. The gentleman at the front desk made sure that the issue was solved and let me stay with the firestick remote. The daytime is a different story right now as they are remodeling.

the location is great, Ocean view on every room at 2nd floor, get to sunrise and sunset :)
wish there is some light breakfast offer, such as muffins or fruits for morning drivers.

The front desk staff was always kind and friendly. The location was close to places to eat and easy to access. The price per night was great, especially because we really only were in the room to shower and sleep. I appreciated there was a fridge in the room to keep drinks and snacks cool. Without traffic , about 30-45 minute drive to the LA Fashion District and the Santa Monica Pier (we were in town for prom dress shopping and taking Senior portraits at the Santa Monica Pier) Super easy check in process and small room deposit. A lot of outlets to plug phones and laptops in and free WiFi .
To be fair , they were renovating the property but that was not disclosed when booking or checking in . The construction workers stayed on site which was fine but the began work before 8am each day so sleeping in was not really possible. There were times the water was shut off without notice due to renovating, one of those times , my boyfriend was in the shower still, so that was frustrating. We were able to talk to workers and get water turned right back on but that was inconvenient for sure. Bedding was stained in my daughter’s room and the bathtub in that room had a big reddish stain in the tub. Like I said , they were renovating all of the rooms so they may be replacing this tub and the bedding, this was just my observation.
