contact with the apartment managers is very good and efficient.
I have the impression that the apartment was renovated at a cheap cost and there are many imperfections that are visible. A toilet that is black inside does not look pleasant. the door handle is almost torn off, just like the handle on the bathroom cabinet.
Water boiler are indeed very loud when you're using the water. But they can also turn on by themselves in the middle of the night, which is unpleasant when you're sleeping.
There is no cutting board or normal cutting knife in the kitchen or frying pan. There are no curtains in the kitchen so everything is visible at night. in the apartment you can hear the neighbors and what's happening on the street.
the balcony window in the kitchen, if you open it, it is very difficult to close it again.
There is only one power socket in the kitchen that can be used for devices like a laptop, hair straightener, or anything other than a phone charger.
If you are traveling alone, this area is not very pleasant at night
