Location was nice, rooms enough for a bigger family of five, nice yard, close proximity to the shared pool, good layout of the house, good shades to the windows allowing a good sleep even in the afternoon. We had the possibility to park the car in front of the house to leave the groceries or prepare to head out to the beach, which was really helpful.. Price was fair, considering the overall increase of pricing for accomodations in Greece. We had issues with the hot water when we arrived (there was no running hot water), but the host (Ilias) helped us quickly and the next day some technicians came and solved the boiler issue. The host was overall very responsive and ready to help, which we appreciated.
The house needs better maintenance & cleaning. There were a lot of (harmless) spiders, webs, lots of ants coming inside the house.
The most disliked thing was the smell in the bathrooms, really problematic if the windows were not left open all the time. And even so, the smell was still somewhat present. There is probably a sewage problem that needs addressing. Apparently this was just in our house, as my sister rented a different villa from this complex and this was not an issue for her and her family.
Another issue which is of great importance and requires big attention from the parents of little kids, is the fact that the tap in the shower is very hot and the kids can easily touch it by accident while showering. My niece got a nasty burn on the back, which was not at all pleasant.
Some trimming of the live fence on the entry point to the parking in front of the house is needed, otherwise you will like get some scratches on your car.
The pool was overall ok, although I feel like there was not enough chlorine in it, which limited the visibility in the water.
