Location excellent easy walk to everything

Shower flooded as the drain was blocked, we cleaned it and was fine then. We had no hot water one evening. Contacted staff and was fixed remotely for the following day. Some information pack would be good, where closest shop was, bus service numbers and destination information, etc.
