About this house rental
Cozy and newly refurnished house with wooden floors. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living room and the Kitchen. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms with king size bed and the main bathroom. On 2nd floor 1 more bedroom with small bathroom and a big terrace. 1700 meters from famous beach YABANAKI-VARKIZA ! In 5 minutes driving you can enjoy another beach at Vouliagmeni or visit Glyfada, which is plenty of restaurants and bars. Ideal for windsurfers and sea athletes! (i am a windsurfer). Ideal for families!

This was a great rental. It’s not the most modern or up to date, some songs and bruises, but location and a fantastic owner brings it up to 5 stars. His dinning and visit suggestions really made lasting memories for us and kids.

Let’s start with the bad: there is no bad! Place was roomy and clean in a nice neighborhood close to everything. You can walk to many places about a mile away(including Varkiza Beach) but we didn’t because it was HOT! Host and his parents were wonderful. We are a family of five adults and had plenty of room. Fully stocked kitchen, nice towels and bedding. Our month there felt like home. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for having us.

Wow! Great location and very friendly hosts. Apartment is located approx. 1 km from the center of Vari. With taxi the end point of the red metro line can be reached within 10 minutes (10 Euro), the Akropolis within 30 minutes (25 Euro). Excellent communication and the perfect place to stay. We will for sure come again.

Wir waren im Juni/Juli in diesem sehr schönen Haus. Es liegt optimal. In ca. 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreicht man die Metro, um nach Athen hineinzufahren. Athen ist wundervoll und unbedingt eine Reise wert. Im Haus konnten wir gut relaxen und haben schöne Strände gefunden, die überhaupt nicht überfüllt waren. Die Vermieter sind immer für einen da aber nie aufdringlich. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Noch einmal vielen Dank für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub.
