About this house rental
Castle very comfortable with its 11 rooms including 7 rooms with bathroom and toilets + 2 with shower and 2 two without toilets.
You can enjoy the swimming pool with solar heating, tennis with some false-bounces and the pleasantly wooded park.
The wifi is slow but can manage emails and upload photos.
Let's not forget the castles of the Loire in Gien, Sully, Chambord ...
You can also practice nautic skiing at the pond of puys 8 km from Grandval

The chateau is a wonderful and large building. Communication with the owner was good, and they were happy to arrange a custom checkout time for us. The environment is quiet and relaxing.

We loved our stay at this property, the property was spacious and well equipped. The outdoor facilities were great, we loved the pool which was maintained regularly. Would definitely return to the property.

We were a extended family group of 22 aged 7 months to 83 years. The chateau is extremely well setup with everything you could possibly need from a cot and baby seats to swings, ping pong, pétanque, tennis and a beautiful pool. Loads of kitchen stuff and plenty of room for us inside and out to either be together or have our own space. We ate outside for breakfast, lunch and supper and had arranged for Odile who looks after the chateau to cook for us each evening which was such a treat and always delicious. The house and gardens and their complete privacy make it a pretty exceptional place to spend time together. We didn’t want our week to end. Many thanks to Ivan for fielding our many questions prior to arrival and for sharing his wonderful house with us.

We had a large group of seven families stay here during August 2017. We have done several holidays of this type and for the first time have found a place we would return to. The house is lovely and very spacious. The rooms are all quite big and most have some kind of en-suite, with several suitable for 'bunk rooms' for the kids. The downstairs living space is lovely, particularly the large lounge. Outside, the pool area is fenced, and very nicely done. The terrace at the front of the house is perfect for drinks / dinner in the evening. The grounds generally are expansive and well kept. Ivan was responsive and helpful before, during and after the holiday. We all agreed we would probably go back next year, which i guess is as good an endorsement as you can get.
