One large master bedroom, King bed, with red sliding barn doors, high-end pull out couch, Queen bed, in living room plus two twins configured in a day bed. High end linens. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, eating area for four. Bath with shower/tub. Full laundry room with portacrib and changing table. High chair. WiFi, Comcast cable, flat screen TV. Amazon Alexa music. Lovely, private patio with table and four chairs, umbrella and lawn. Webber charcoal grill. Parking. This cottage is built on a 1.3 acre ranch-house estate in the Arden Oaks neighborhood of Sacramento. Winner of 2014 Coty Award for houses built in the under $250,000 category, Sacramento region.

Sally’s cottage has it all! Very comfortable, pet friendly & full kitchen! We have returned many times & have felt right at home. Beautiful neighborhood & great nearby restaurants. Looking forward to our next stay! Really an exceptional cottage and host.

Conveniently located cottage in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Every detail is provided to make a relaxing comfortable stay. Well equipped kitchen, nicely furnished and high end linens were much appreciated. Sally is so hospitable and welcoming. Highly recommend.
