The property was perfect for our larger group. We were so impressed with the size of the space and all the balconies were a bonus. We really appreciated all the bathrooms. It was conveniently located near a lot of restaurants and shops. We walked to the Eiffel Tower. It was about a 25 minute walk. It was very safe. Access to the property was so easy and convenient. Communication with the property staff was timely and they answered all questions. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!!

I had 1.5 days in Paris with my family. My first half day was spent on the phone with blue stay as they told me that my reservation was for another day (extremely frustrating) despite our emails back and forth and that I needed to look for another place! Then they told me they were mistaken and all was good. Then we ran out of hot water (cold showers) and never sent anyone to address the problem! Told us we took too long of showers when there was a problem with the first person in the shower!!! Place needs some repairs. Location was great but would never book with blue stay again!!! Would spend a little more money even to find someone more reputable!
