About this apartment rental
Located in an alley in the city center, quiet and close to all amenities (100 m), direct access to the end of Trestraou beach (100 m). Access to the apartment is via an external staircase of 40 steps to descend to access the ground floor of the house, it is located on the 2nd and last floor of this character property dating from the 1900s, the apartment is completely renovated and very comfortable, it benefits from a superb view overlooking the beach, the sea and the archipelago of the 7 islands. The apartment can accommodate 6 to 8 people with 3 bedrooms. Its surface area is approximately 70 m² and includes a large, bright living room (4K TV, PlayStation 3, Wi-Fi) with a well-equipped open kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, oven, induction hob, microwave, espresso machine), 1 bathroom, a shower room with a hydromassage shower and hammam, and a toilet.
Weekend rentals are available outside of school holidays upon request.
Water and electricity charges are based on the tenant's actual consumption (online meter reading via the EDF app) (€5 per m³ of water).
The cleaning fee is €80 for a standard end-of-stay cleaning package.
Bed and bath linens are provided upon request at a rate of €35 for 1 double bed + 2 bath sets and €25 for 1 single bed + 1 bath set.

This beautiful apartment boasts a fantastic view. Well equipped. Good to know: very close to the charming village centre and the beach, which is accessible at low tide via steep stairs directly next to the house. The bunk beds in the second bedroom are shorter, so only suitable for children. There are few storage facilities due to the layout of the apartment. We were a party of two and found this ideal. The landlady is very attentive and responds quickly. Highly recommended.

Very nice and comfortable flat with a wonderful view over the bay. Nice beach. Village within walking distance with nice shops and restaurants.

The location of this property is great - just a short walk to a brilliant beach where our children enjoyed a lot of wave jumping and body boarding.
The apartment is very comfortable with good facilities and the kitchen is quite well equipped. The shower was complicated to work out (turn to 11pm and use the screen to switch on and off) and we did not realise on booking we would need to pay extra for electricity or towels and bed linen and put the linen on ourselves after a long journey. The pillows were not very comfortable so for those with back or neck issues I would recommend to bring your own. Also more it is on the top floor up two flights of steps.
Perros Guirec is a lovely seaside town with nice shops and restaurants although you need to book restaurants in advance. There are also lots of stunning beaches nearby.
We enjoyed our stay very much. Sabine, the host, was helpful on her response when we contacted her eg re where to take the rubbish and recycling. Thank you!

Très belle location et de plus superbement équipée, avec une vue sur les sept iles inoubliable.Du fait de son accès par des escaliers une location à réserver aux personnes de bonne mobilité. Personnellement nous y retounerons avec un très grand plaisir.
