You can relax on the shaded balcony with sweeping views and cozy outdoor seating, plus you’ll have use of resort amenities like sports courts and a seasonal outdoor pool.
Every square inch of this condo has been maximized to provide the most relaxing stay possible, starting with the open and airy layout that creates an organic flow between each distinct space. The living area is well furnished with ample seating for everyone to spread out and tuck in for a movie on the smart tv. Steps away, you can easily whip up entire meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, and cookware. Create special memories around the dining table with seating for 6, the perfect spot for family-style meals in the comfort of your own space.

- Bedroom #1 has a king-size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.
- Bedroom #2 has a king-size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- This is a walk-up unit requiring 32 stair steps to reach the entrance. (No elevator access.)
- Parking is available in the parking lot for up to 2 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis. A Holiday Hills Gate Code is needed to enter the resort. This will be provided to you in a digital guidebook, the link to which will be sent via text message two days prior to your arrival.
- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- The indoor pool is NOT available for guest use.
- Guest does have access to exercise room, arcade, and other onsite amenities.
- The communal outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- Communal pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
- This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.

We were very happy with the cleanliness and the comfort of the condo. The personal touch of having the tvs synced to relaxing spa music was quite nice as we walked in. Lamps turned on were also welcoming. It was a little annoying to have to wait until exactly 4:00 to receive the code for check in. We have stayed other places that send the code 15-30 minutes before check in time. That's nice, so as not to be sitting in the parking lot waiting for it to be sent. Love the view of the golf course!

Excellent! Will stay again! Loved how comfortable all the furniture was, and the amazing view. The jacuzzi tub was huge!

The property was clean, it was up four flights of stairs which was a lot to pack luggage as a single person staying. The air conditioner went out, we couldn’t get it fixed until the next day. It was very warm and hard to sleep, but the owners got on it as fast as I could. All in all, it was a good stay
