The house is located in front of the sea at 150 m from the rosary beach near Saint Brieuc and has a garden of 150 m2, and a beautiful sea view.
It has been completely renovated, has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other a bz 2 places plus a bunk bed.

The calm location with its magnificent view and the short distance to the very beautiful beach is a positive aspect to mention. Also, the parking is a big advantage, especially on weekends. Nevertheless, the village of Les Rosaires is never crowded.
Unfortunately, one part of the description is not correct: The object is not a house but an appartment. This appartment is located in the basement (partly under the earth) which creates some humidity and a cave-like odor. Wet towels will not get dry inside. This and the weak cleanliness - we removed spider webs by ourselves and could not use neither barbecue nor the oven - must be pointed out as a negative aspect.
Nevertheless, the landlord is a very nice guy with whom it is a pleasure to chat and who is really supportive.
