The enclosed garden was ideal for our dogs which was one of the primary criteria for selecting a property.
For us as a couple there was obviously plenty of room and we didn't use two of the bedrooms at all. Although the property is on the main route into the village it was generally nice and quiet.
The beach and coastal path are within easy walking distance and there are lots of other beaches within easy driving distance if you want to be a little more remote.
There are a couple of minor things to be updated (such as the handle the gate which fell off) but nothing that distracted from our enjoyment.
