Gorgeous 3BR/2.5BA, 2,400 sq ft home with many views of the surrounding area from the many windows and 3-sided wrap around porch. Soak in the panoramic views from the outdoor couch and chairs with family and friends on this quiet property in Bay St. Louis. For those who love to cook there is a chef's dream kitchen with Viking appliances, professional gas stove, beverage cooler, granite counters, brick flooring, and cypress cabinetry. High ceilings, crown molding, brick, slate and hardwood flooring throughout, spacious primary bedroom with a wetbar and wine fridge. There are smart TVs in every bedroom and living room and a large dining table that seats up to 10 for food or card games. Very short walk to the Bay-Waveland Yacht Club, short golf cart ride (not provided) or bicycle ride (a few bikes are provided) to Old Town, Bay St. Louis Harbor, Restaurants, nightclubs and shops, not to exclude the beaches. There is a fish cleaning station downstairs/outside as well.

The house was very spacious. The kitchen could use some cooking pots and pans. The cookie sheets were dirty in the cabinets. There were 2 live roaches , one in the kitchen and one in the master shower upon arrival. The coffee carafe was broken on the bottom. Again very spacious with very adequate seating in den and dining.
