Every carriage house in the Rosemary Beach Community is the perfect complement to the main cottage– it is an extension of the character of the home. This statement is especially true for the Lagniappe Carriage House. Drawing in on Southern Antebellum style architecture mixed with coastal luxury, this adorable 1 bed, 1 bath carriage house provides a cozy stay for up to four guests. Walk up the outdoor staircase onto a balcony area where the front door is located. Upon entering, you will walk into the main living area which is lined with French doors each leading to a private balcony. These doors mixed with windows and a light interior design adds to the sleek and refreshing appearance of the home. Also found on this floor is a spacious kitchen area with an array of stainless-steel appliances, a detached electric stove top, and an island with a two-seat breakfast bar. Next to the kitchen is a full-sized bathroom complete with a walk-in shower.
The staircase in the corner of the main living area leads to a spacious private sleeping area. This entire floor is dedicated to providing a secluded wind down space for up to 2 guests. The queen bed is perfectly tucked into a vaulted wooden ceiling with an arched window above it allows in natural light.
Garage parking for one vehicle.

Excellent location within Rosemary Beach neighborhood – a short walking distance to beach, and the ability to walk/bike to shops, restaurants, and tennis.
The Carriage House has a lovely interior, includes one parking space in the garage, and plenty of dishes, utensils, glassware, cookware for our family of four. The unit was clean, fresh, and comfortable. The loft bedroom was cute and bright, had a nice chair and ottoman that we used frequently for reading, and a decent sized dresser. There is no space upstairs to hang clothing, which was not a problem for us. The only bathroom is located on the living room level. In our opinion, the unit is great for a couple or family with young kids. We had two tweens using the sofa bed in the living space, which made it a little tight for more than a few days.
Parking is very limited, which we were warned about. Note: SUVs with large roof racks will not fit in the garage.
Unlike other locations we’ve stayed at on 30A, we were not required to bring additional toilet paper, paper towels, etc., which was nice.
The tennis courts are clay, very convenient to the house, and the pro shop is small but worth checking out for apparel and souvenirs.
We had some glitches during our stay (difficulty finding the two bikes that were included - they're on the other side of the Cottage, near the boardwalk, and no bedding for the sofa bed), but the management company was responsive and helpful when we reached out.
Overall, a great place to stay.
