About this villa rental
Welcome to this spacious and stylish villa for 20 guests, located in the exclusive Miami villa district in Middelkerke, just 500 metres from the beach and the North Sea. Here you can enjoy the perfect combination of peace, space and coastal atmosphere – ideal for families, groups of friends or a weekend by the sea.
Inside, the villa offers all the comfort for a carefree stay. The cosy living room with fireplace and digital TV forms the heart of the house, while the fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine provides everything you need to cook and dine together. On the ground floor you will also find a separate toilet and a bathroom with shower and washbasin. On the first floor there are five spacious bedrooms accommodating up to 20 guests, as well as two additional bathrooms and a separate toilet.
After a day at the beach or a walk through the dunes, you can relax in the veranda, jacuzzi and infrared sauna. For extra entertainment there is a recreation room with table football and a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Outside you will find a spacious fenced garden with terrace and garden furniture – perfect for long summer evenings or a cosy barbecue. There is parking space for up to eight cars and families with young children can make use of a baby cot and high chair.
The location is ideal: the beach, the sea and the lively promenade of Middelkerke are within walking distance. In the surrounding area you can cycle along the coast, walk through the dunes, play golf or visit nearby towns such as Ostend, Nieuwpoort or the charming city of Bruges. For extra fun, you can even rent a golf cart on site to explore the area.

Heel fijne accommodatie & ontspanningsmogelijkheden. Wel spijtig dat de veranda moeilijk te verwarmen is. Prijs/kwaliteit is ok. Ideale omgeving. Ruime parking. Wel spijtig dat er geen inventaris aanwezig is, zodat je gemakkelijker alles kan afpunten wat er is.

Ausstattung des Hauses war super, Hochbetten haben bei jeder Bewegung geknirscht, Warmwasser ist mehrmals am Tag ausgefallen (man hat eine Anleitung bekommen, um es selbst wieder anzumachen)

We hebben een zalig weekend beleefd met onze groep! Dit huis in Middelkerke leent zich perfect voor groepen tot 12 personen. De jacuzzi en de grote gemeenschappelijke ruimtes zijn een duidelijke meerwaarde.
