About this house rental
Comfortable holiday home, quietly located in the Kairon district, just 200m from the sea and the huge beach that stretches from St. Pair-sur-Mer to Jullouville. The spacious living room opens onto two south-facing terraces. Outside the summer months you will appreciate the pleasant warmth of the wood stove. The owners offer 3 bags of pellets for each one-week rental during the winter period. In summer, you can take advantage of the beach shower, which is outside the house, in a small room, which is very practical when you return from swimming. Particularly significant also, the 3 parking spaces on the ground of the house.
Saint-Pair-sur-Mer is located on the high tide coast, 4 km south of Granville, the Monaco of the North, facing the Chausey Islands, an enchanting archipelago, and close to Mont-Saint-Michel. Leaning against the countryside, open to the sea, the towns of Saint-Pair and Kairon offer you an ideal setting for holidays in the great outdoors, and offer a wide variety of leisure activities (water sports, fishing, media library, casino, mini-golf ). The corsair city of St Malo, just like the landing beaches and the memorial of Caen deserve without hesitation a day trip.
