Property manager was timely in his responses. House was clean and well stocked. Nice fenced backyard for pets. Location/neighborhood could be an issue for some.

This has to be the cleanest rental i have ever stayed in. The little touches like a few bottles of water, coffee pods and snacks were a great bonus. I actually forgot some clothes and they contacted me quickly so i could arrange to pick it up.
Higly recommend for your next trip to Kingsville.

My husband and I stayed for almost a week with our dogs. It was perfect for working from home and have convenient access to area clients.
The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area.
