Pros: Appartamento in ottima posizione nella frazione Pozza di San Giovanni di Fassa. La frazione in sè offre tutto ed ha ottimi impianti nelle vicinanze.
Appartamento dotato di tutto quanto necessario per cucinare. Presenza di lavatrice e lavastoviglie.
Molto apprezzata la presenza di una fonte di acqua fresca proprio davanti all'appartamento.
Cons: Cattiva esposizione. Trattasi si piano terra poco luminoso. Si indica la presenza di sdraio che fanno pensare che ci sia uno spazio esterno dove poter passare del tempo, ma tale spazio non c'è.
