In the heart of the Bresse agricultural countryside, between fields & meadows, bordering the center of a small residential village nestled between the nearby banks of the Doubs (paradise for kayakers & fishermen, famous for its catfish, pikeperch or carp, with natural beaches), remarkable protected ecosystem and classified as a "Natura 2000 Zone" (exceptional ornithological reserve rich in 160 species of birds and very rare plant varieties) and the vast neighboring state forest of Pourlans, a literal wild "green lung" dotted with hiking trails (to be explored on foot or by mountain bike). Large enclosed natural park of 1.4 ha, partly wooded (perfect playground & adventure area for children) including two large terraces (exposed & shaded depending) and a small ornamental pond.
