Such a cute place! Stayed for a bachelorette party and it seemed like it was made for us. Clean rooms, less than 10 mins to Broadway, cute terrace. Easy rules to follow for check in and check out. Our only complaint was that there were a few lady bugs but that’s probably just the time of year.

Absolutely loved the house…… the decor was adorable and there was lots of space for my crew! It was a quiet neighborhood and very close to where we needed to be. The only thing that I would comment on is the bunk beds on the 1st floor, definitely not made for an adult to get in and out of the top bunk! Otherwise absolutely loved it, would stay here again

The house is super cute and it accommodated my guests well. Uber was super easy to navigate around Nashville.
The upstairs bathroom on the single queen suite drained slow and then stopped draining at all. Fortunately that happened at the end of the stay but the team was quick in response.
The second floor bedroom had the lights from above the garage shining into it. It would be nice if there were black out curtains or the garage lights were simply turned off.
If you can 't get in the garage with your car, you have to park on the street and it is very limited. Although two cars could easily fit in front of the garage. Not sure why that parking is forbidden. Unfortunately, our last night there, the cars on the street were broken into. Just something to be aware of. No fault of the rental company.
Overall, it was a great stay and so much fun.
