About this villa rental
Versatile accommodation comprising of 2 self contained units, I ground, sleeping 4 and 1 first floor, sleeping 6. Both with fitted kitchens, bathrooms, terraces etc. Own well maintained pool with large sun terraces/gardens and barbecue area. A large hedge surrounds the property providing privacy and security. 10 minutes downhill walk to well stocked supermarkets, restaurants and one of the finest Costa Blanca beaches. Calpe is an old fishing port and still retains the port area, with it's fresh fish restaurants under the shadow of the Penon de Ifach. The thriving town retains it's traditional flower decked streets overlooked by the ancient church.
Climbing is to be found in the nearby mountainous areas, such as Liber, Sierra Bernia etc. Wonderful Coastal and hill walking is available nearby, with golf clubs a short drive away. The safe beautiful Levante beach offers white sand and safe bathing for all. the promenade is lined with cafes and restaurants. Calpe offers a lively, but family friendly place to stay. For older children Aqualandia water park and Terra Mitica theme park are only a short drive away.

Our group really appreciated the private swimming pool, and we also loved the nearby beaches in Calpe.

Communication with property manager was exellent. She was always there to answer any enquiry.
In regards to the house itself, I think it should be cleaned more before guest come in and there should defenetly be air conditioning as the fans do not ventilate what so ever. Maybe more money should be spent towards the maintenance of this property.
