Cozy Pigeon Meadow house on the Little Pigeon River, located minutes away from the five-mile strip. What better way than to wake up in the morning, sipping a glass of coffee on the back deck overlooking the river, going out back to play beanbag toss. Can't beat that!!! To get to Gatlinburg, we are just 11 miles away, 2 miles to The Island in Pigeon Forge, and 5 miles to Dollywood. We are close enough to all the fun attractions for you and your family to enjoy!
Cozy Pigeon Meadow house is a 3 bedroom w/ xtra bonus room/bedroom, 3 bath home set on the Pigeon Forge River with a secluded walking path along the river and throughout the meadow with large canopies of trees. There is a covered picnic area a stone's throw away from the house. Fishing, bicycling and kayaking is just a few steps away (bring your poles, gear and kayaks). We are an easy 2 miles from downtown Pigeon Forge, without the mountain type roads for your easy access. This beautiful home features all the amenities you need and a fully equipped kitchen (just bring groceries). Coffee is provided for you! Our home provides a "great room" environment and features that includes: 4 flatscreen TV's (living room and room closest to river has cable tv. The other two rooms has Netflix capabilities). We provide cable TV and free 75MB wi-fi. Beddings & towels are provided. Cozy Pigeon Meadow house will sleep 9. Kids Friendly cabin. There is covered parking for 4 vehicles underneath and 2 in driveway. Unfortunately, basketball hoop was swept away from a flood and now permanently banned from HOA due to liabilities.
The river beside the house provides great water play, slow current to relax in or float down river to many attractions. There is biking, hiking, grillin' out the front door. Minutes away from days of fun attractions and dining experiences in Pigeon Forge, Dollywood and Gatlinburg.

Upon entering front porch, furniture very old. Could not sit in it. Main level had several issues. Fireplace broken with a hand written note, front bedroom ceiling had leak stains that had not been repaired. Front bedroom has no closet. Front bedroom bathroom shower liner torn and falling down. Electrical outlet in front bedroom falling out. Wash machine very loud. Full beds in downstairs tight for two people. Upstairs master bedroom, shower very tiny and fan does not work. Tiny bed attached to main upstairs bedroom usable by small child.
Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the house.
