About this apartment rental
Superbly located in the heart of Launceston's cbd, is this home away from home apartment. If you're a family or a couple looking for a getaway or in the Launceston area on business, it's the perfect alternative to staying in a hotel. The apartment offers two very spacious bedrooms. One with a king bed & the second with two single beds. There's a large lounge area with double sofas & a large smart TV, which is Netflix enabled for your enjoyment. There's a walk in shower in the bathroom. The kitchenette is equipped with basic cooking facilities, which includes a one burner cook top, a two drawer dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee pod machine, a microwave oven, a full size fridge/freezer, toaster & kettle, along with crockery & cutlery. But we seriously don't think you'll need to cook/eat at home too much, as the apartment is within metres of the famous Morty's Food Court, where you'll be spoiled for choice of every style of cuisine. The large dining table can also double as a work space, for those needing somewhere to conduct business. There's also a combination washer/dryerfor your convenience as well.
The heart of Launceston city is only a few short minutes stroll away. Where you'll find an abundance of retail shops, cafe's, restaurants, pubs & Village Cinema. Venture a little further & you have the world renowned Cataract Gorge & Cliff Grounds, along with Boags Brewery & Utas Stadium (home of the AFL Tassie Hawks Hawthron football club). Or jump in the car & within a 30 minute radius, of the apartment, will see you in wine & cheese countryor quaint colonial villages such as Evandale, Longford or Perth.

This is a wonderful property with two large bedrooms, separate lounge and well set up kitchen. The heat pump and heaters in each room were more than enough for the cold nights of 0-2 degrees outside. The unit was clean and we loved the quirky, old fashioned dressers in the bedrooms and kitchen!! The only other thing I should mention, which others had also noted in their reviews, was the noise of the rubbish collectors each morning! They didnt try ..... and maybe couldnt, reduce the sound.... and it was really loud! It was around the 6am mark, so it wasnt so bad, but just letting people know so that you dont get such a shock at being jolted out of your sleep... with no forewarning!In saying that, I would still stay here again. Perfectly situated. Just a two minute walk to mall. Clean and well looked after. One private car spot just to the side of entrance door, but street parking for other cars if required.All in all, we were really happy with this accommodation.

The apartment exceeded our expectations and convenient to everything. Beautifully decorated with high end furnishings. The key pad was great so no worries about a key.
