Located in Nassandres sur Risle, this welcoming villa brings it all within your reach. Jump into your car and make short work of the 12-minute drive to Château du Champ de Bataille or the 15-minute drive to Bec-Hellouin Abbey (and enjoy the property's convenient covered onsite parking in the meantime).

After you return to this 1292-sq-ft villa, unwind in the garden or sip a drink on the deck or patio, and don't forget about the outdoor furniture. The house was well furnished and supplied. I do recommend the house. I wish there had been instructions on how to use the coffee machine, open the garage door and lock the house door. They are systems i didn’t have experience with. Also small fans in each room would have been nice

I just wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the incredible experience at this beautiful house in the forest. The house itself is truly amazing—nestled in nature, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with everything one could need. The peaceful surroundings, cozy atmosphere, and charming details made it a perfect retreat. Every corner of the home reflects care and character, and it was a joy to spend time there.But what made the stay truly special was host Bertrand. His kindness, attentiveness, and genuine warmth made me feel more like a guest in a friend’s home than a visitor. Thank you for going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.
