About this house rental
Welcome to this 3300 square foot spacious home on 5 acres only 5 minutes from Spokane Valley. The wonderful property includes a large heated in-ground pool and hot tub. This terrific house boasts 4 bedrooms, including 4 king beds and a cozy sofa bed. With 3 bathrooms equipped with amenities like a bathtub and jetted bathtub, guests will feel right at home. Wildlife, including deer, turkeys, and bunnies, frequents the acreage often coming right up to the house. Free range chickens (who won't approach you unless offered treats) strew about the property offering guests fresh eggs for their stay. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, heating, AC, a washing machine, hair dryer, and iron during your stay.
Excellent location! Feels like country living, but only 2 minutes, and all paved roads, to Hwy 290

5 minutes to Spokane Valley
15 minutes to Post Falls

Pool- SWIM AT OWN RISK- The pool is a 40' x 20' 40000 gallon pool with a diving board
and a hot tub. Outdoor television and speaker available during the pool season. Pool is heated to 85 degrees (7 am - 7 pm) during the Summer months.
Games- There is a basketball net, street hockey sticks and net, bocce ball, spike ball, a disc golf basket that can be moved around the property, and a walk-in closet filled with games and toys.
Winter- The home is built in a sloping valley, so on-site sledding is available during the winter months. Multiple sleds will be available for use. The home will be lightly decorated (including a Christmas tree) during the holiday season. Though the pool is closed for the Winter, the hot tub will be available.
There are 5 ski mountains within an hour and 20 minutes:

Mt Spokane (44 minutes)
Silver Mountain
Lookout Mountain

The Oasis offers seclusion. While the main home and all amenities are exclusively yours, there is a completely detached guest house and garage on the acreage. My in-laws may be in residence to maintain the grounds and chickens, but they have no access to, and no view of, the pool or hot tub areas. With no shared walls or sightlines, your 5-acre retreat remains entirely private.
Parking- There is plenty of room in the garage and driveway for up to 5 vehicles. No more than 5 vehicles are allowed to be parked at the property at one time. No travel trailers or RVs. No parking is allowed on the private roads in the community.

The property is absolutely gorgeous and exactly what i was looking for. My husband and I brought my parents and brother along and there was plenty of space for everyone, even more. We loved the pool, huge yard, trails, and firepit with seating. My kids really loved the chickens and other wildlife. The owners, or people who manage the proerty, were very easy to talk to and very responsive. My only setback was not knowing that people lived on the property. I believe the inlaws, live in a small mother-in-law type suite right next to the main house. He was very nice, but that's something I wouldve liked to know before booking. Nonetheless, it was a beautiful property, easy process, and we had a great time.

From the moment we all arrived until the day we departed it was peaceful, full of wildlife and a pleasurable experience. The pool, hottub were in excellent condition. The zip line and walking trail were absolutely fun!! The hosts were extremely easy to communicate with and on point when we had questions. I cannot say enough about how fabulous a time we all had!!
