About this house rental
Beautiful 3-Story home with multi level decks, all with water views! This home is within walking distance to restaurants, blocks away from the boat docks, with so much close by! Beach access, Dune rentals and riding within 2 miles. The Umpqua Lighthouse & Museum is a popular attraction that is just one of many spots to visit right down the road! To top it off: World class fishing! (The ramp can be seen from the living room).
Stairs to the front door take you into a split level entry, up the stairs to an open concept living/dining/kitchen, or down the stairs to the second level bedrooms, bathrooms, and laundry. The main bedroom (king) features an ensuite private bath with walkin shower and a sliding glass doors providing your own private view of the docks. Their are 2 additional bedrooms, one with a king & a daybed, and the other with bunks.
There is an extra lot with plenty of parking for all your toys. *No access to the garage*

The house is very nice. Lots of positives. Renters should know a few things. There is no access to the garage/bottom floor. So you have to carry all of your things up the steep stairs. (Remember to turn on the light for the stairs in the dark or you will miss the first stair to the landing!) We cooked crab and had to figure out where to keep our crab cooker. We had a paddle lock and were able to lock up the crab cooker in the dog run. Seating in the living room is limited to 5. Maybe 6 if you get cozy. More seating would be nice. Overall the property was very nice but for our ages we will opt for a less vertical property.

This property was disappointing in a couple of ways. First, the trash cans were full upon our arrival and never dumped the entire time we were there. Secondly, there were no supplies in the kitchen. One roll of paper towels and that was it. No napkins, spices, minimal pots and pans. Dishes in the cupboards were put away dirty.
