About this house rental
TIME TO RELAX & ENJOY THE BEACH! Experience the best of your beach vacation at this cozy and spacious gulf coast southern beauty & charming home designed for family comfort and fun. Walking distance to the beach, the port of Gulfport, great restaurants, Island View casino, and a few minutes to the new aquarium & Jones Park.
The space
Newly renovated and professionally furnished with modern touches in every room, gleaming with light and gorgeous high ceilings and windows. Fully furnished with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, office space, formal spacious dining and living rooms, 2 smart TVs, separate cottage game room with ping pong table & board games & nice large backyard with comfortable outdoor patio and BBQ grill. It accommodates up to 14 guests comfortably. PERFECT for multiple families traveling together. Guest access
Guests can enjoy the entire property, including the home, cottage and backyard. We have one locked owners’ closet dedicated for our cleaning services.
Other things to note
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- IDs will be validated before check-in
- Smoking is NOT allowed inside the premises. Any smoking detected will result in a minimum of $250 to $500, and additional fines if it will impact the next guest stay. Smoking is only allowed outside, but please pick up your cigarette butts.
- NO PARTIES, loud music such as boom boxes allowed as this causes disruption to other
neighbors and guests. These types of disturbances will cause for immediate termination of stay
and fines will be assessed
- Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.
- We provide ample soap, shampoo, toilet paper in each bathroom but please be prepared to purchase extra if needed. Walmart is a short drive away
- Should a hurricane or tropical storm threaten our area, we will follow the guidance of officials pertaining to mandatory evacuations
- Weather is beyond our control and does not constitute a refund. However, some weather-related issues may be covered by travel insurance. This is always a good idea during
hurricane season
- For the safety of all involved, the exterior of the home is monitored by security cameras.
- We are in a residential coastal community close to and surrounded by water, trees, some domestic cats and wildlife. While it's very rare, please, don't be surprised if you see outdoor cats, lizards etc passing through as they are mostly likely seeking shelter in certain weather conditions. Please let us know so that we can continue to take preventative measures. We are very diligent and have regular preventive pest control, but sometimes nature can be out of our control.

We could of use more towels. Kitchen was missing a strainer for our potato salad. Not enough plugins(to charge cell phones).Rooms were clean and comfortable. Very spacious for our family.Had a few question for Host once we arrived and his response was very quickly.Location was easy to get to the Harbor Lights by walking.The guys enjoyed the bar that wasn't far from the house.

Photos do not fully represent accommodations. Recommend the front door be checked due to delays in opening. Change out linen and add new towels, etc. Light not working in one of the bed rooms. Kitchen facilities were fine. We ate out or just ordered out the whole time. Host were very nice.
