The building has an office and another 1 bedroom apartment rented separately if needed.

Very good communication. Comfortable setting. The location is on a commercial street -not residential- but traffic is mostly light and didn’t interfere with sleeping. Plenty of free parking available on site behind the house. There are 2 apts in the house. This is the upstairs unit.

Not the best location in my mind- some bathtub issues. Bed was nice- Just not my cup of tea.
