About this house rental

A custom-built duplex in beautiful NorthEast Olympia, WA. Air conditioning downstairs and in Master Bedroom upstairs. Great Room concept downstairs with 58” SmartTV equipped with cable. Private fenced backyard with gazebo and hangout area in a gorgeous Pacific Northwest setting surrounded by Evergreens. Indoor Cycle for cardio workouts. Less than a 5 minute walk to The San Francisco Street Bakery, 10 minute walk to the Puget Sound and 20 minute walk to downtown Olympia.

The house was exactly what we needed and expected. It fit our family perfectly! Thanks for accommodating us with check in/out times. The one thing I would say is the fuse on the refrigerator kept blowing. Most of the time it wasn’t working. Thanks again

Great place for a big group. We had a wedding and it was wonderful to have a gathering spot for the out of town guests. Rooms were spacious with a nice backyard. Very centrally located. Host is communicative and very responsive. Great stay!

Perfect place, walkable neighborhood and the owners have provided a detailed scrapbook of sights, food and things to do around town. It's evident that the house is a love for the owner, it's super adorable and very comfortable for a family. Thank you!!
