Beautiful cottage in a modern villa in the immediate vicinity of the historic center of Foiano della Chiana and near Cortona, surrounded by 5 hectares of fully fenced olive groves and offering absolute privacy. The cottage is sunny in the morning and until sunset. It is equipped with all the most modern comforts. Spaccasole is a very modern villa, renovated with the use of latest generation materials and equipped with all modern comforts.
