About this house rental
Welcome to your private retreat showcasing gorgeous views of the Ouachita River. Nestled on over 4 acres with mature trees and areas for kids to run and play, this beautiful home features an expansive wrap-around deck that gives the bedrooms balcony access and makes watching sunsets pure bliss. Upon entering the home, enjoy hardwood flooring in the living area with leather reclining couches, a TV with Roku, and board games, a dedicated dining room, and eat-in kitchen with plenty of cookware including pots, pans, silverware, cups, and glasses. The numerous kitchen windows overlook the river and an office is ready to host you with a comfortable futon and desk should you need to join a meeting using our complimentary WiFi. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed, full en suite bath with dual vanities, a massive closet, and bathtub shower combination. The main level also holds two additional bedrooms with queen beds, a full hall bathroom, and another half bath. Downstairs hosts two more twin beds plus a game room with a pool table and a second TV with Roku. This space also holds the full sized washer and dryer. While this home overlooks the river itself, Lake Ouachita is about 15 miles away with opportunities to rent a boat or swim. Hot Springs is an easy day trip about 45 miles east of the property. Popular Camp Ozark is minutes from the house. Get away from it all at this quiet retreat on the water with star-gazing from the comfortable deck, stunning river views, and nearby water activities.

Home is lovely! The view off the back deck was so restful and beautiful. Every morning sitting out there for coffee was the most relaxing thing ever. I recommend this home highly. Lori was an excellent host and offered quick responses.
