Renters will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicles, that renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and that failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500.
Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.

During the winter months, you'll also be only six miles north of the world-class slopes at Heavenly Ski Resort.

What a beautiful home, many antique things to admire. Clean, organized, equipped for lots of cooking, many extra beddings and towels. Great neighborhood, great view, lovely interior. Just small thing that could be improved , host forgot the dish soap for hand washing dishes, and body wash in the master bedroom, and we didn’t know where to leave the recycling trash due to lack of instructions on this. Replying was slow on their end, but all is good. Would 100% book again.

The house in general was great and perfect for a girls weekend with plenty of rooms, bathrooms and space. Beautiful views in a wonderful neighborhood and a quick walk to the beach. Unfortunately the lack of action by the property management company Vacasa ruined our stay. We had no hot water therefore couldn’t shower or do dishes ( even dishwasher had cold water). This made it that we wasted a lot of food as we planned to cook in and ended up having to eat out. The property management company didn’t even come out until day 3 of our stay and were unable to fix the issue. I highly recommend this house and if it had hot water it would have been a wonderful stay.
