Located four miles south of Florence, right on the lovely Woahink Lake, this charming A-frame home is nestled in a serene space with a picturesque trail leading up to it - a perfect setting to enjoy the peace and quiet of the area. With beach access available a few miles up the road at South Jetty, Honeyman Park and its picnic areas just across the road, and the sand dunes also a short drive away, you will have plenty of amazing activities here! Plus, the friendly town of Florence is a quick five-minute drive away, so you can easily head into the city for a nice restaurant meal, a game of golf, some souvenir shopping, or a fun evening at the casino.

With two bedrooms (plus a loft) and two bathrooms, this home can easily accommodate six guests, and you're also welcome to bring your dogs with you, though please note that a small nightly fee applies. The main level of this home, the middle floor, features enormous windows that allow views of the lake, as well as a cozy sitting room and a full kitchen and dining area. Around the home you will have entertainment options including a TV with a selection of VHS movies to watch, board games, and even a game room downstairs with a foosball table.

If you head upstairs to the loft above the living room, you will find a sleeping area with a queen-size bed. The main level features two bedrooms, each with its own lovely queen-size bed where guests will sleep soundly. This home offers two full bathrooms, both with a shower (no tub) and a laundry area, which will come in handy after a few days of playing in the lake and out on the sand dunes.

Walk outside to the large deck to find a wonderful space with seating where you can relax and enjoy the views and the fresh air. Take a soak in the hot tub to enjoy the early morning sky. This home has its own dock on the lake (a public boat launch is available just up the road), so you can bring along your own kayaks or boats, or simply jump into the refreshing waters of Woahink Lake and swim around.

Because this area offers so many fantastic outdoor activities, including fishing, boating, hiking, riding ATVs on the dunes, walking on the beach, and much more, this is a great place to visit and take advantage of all the opportunities. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
