• Damage deposit: €600 (refundable provided there is no damage, items missing, or extra cleaning required)

• Parking: You can unload your belongings at the base of the building before parking your vehicle on the nearby street (no parking available)

• The end-of-stay cleaning is included but does not cover the kitchen and dishes. Therefore, you are responsible for cleaning the kitchen, and washing and putting away the dishes before departure, otherwise, additional fees may apply.
