The Layout:
- 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms comfortably sleeps your group.
- All bedrooms are equipped with brand-new, memory foam mattresses.
- The master bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite master bathroom.
- Second bedroom has 2 queen beds.
-The remaining 2 bedrooms have one queen bed each.
- The living room has 2 full-sized sofa-bed and a 65" smart TV.
- Electric fireplace for cold nights.

Please shower before use. Please don’t put any liquid/solid soap into it, any extra cost occurring will be charged. The guests will take all liability and responsibility for their own safety.
Pool
Anyone under 18 needs his/her parent’s present while swimming or near the pool for safety reasons. No diving and no glass near the pool. The guests will take full liability and responsibility for your own and your guests safety.
This Pool can be heated, please notice us ONE DAY before your arrival if you’d like to heat it up, the pool temperature is 85 degree. The pool heating fee is $180/day from May to October, $250/day from November to April.
*Please note that the pool service is between 8am - 12pm every Monday and Friday.
Pets
We love pets. Your fur-friends are welcome with an additional fee of $60/ pet per stay. (max 2 pets allowed). You are required to disclosed before booking.
However, they are not allowed to swim in the pool. Please be mindful, as their fur can cause the pool filters to build-up.
Please be aware of desert plants and wild life and keep your pets away from them. We strongly suggest you to use leash and accompany your pets while running in the yard, because the cactus might hurt. You are 100% responsible for yourself and your pets.
Broken Items
We understand that accidents happen, if anything breaks down - even if it's your fault - let us know so we can send someone to fix it or replace it for you and future guests.
Plumbing
All houses in Joshua Tree are on a Septic Tank system. For this reason, nothing can be flushed down the toilet except toilet paper. Following these guidelines will avoid problems with the plumbing. If it is determined that the pipes have been clogged due to misuse, a $200 repair fee will be charged. Thank you for your cooperation.
Parties or Events or Extra Guest
We do not allow guests to throw parties or events in our home. We designed a house environment for 14 people and please be sure no extra guests in the house. Please inform us if you have visitors or any overnight friends, we will charge $50/person for extra overnight guests with our consent first. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this as we do not want any issues with our neighbors.
No-Smoking
Smoking (including E-Cig) is not allowed in the property or within 15 feet exterior door. Please dispose cigarettes into a plastic bag and put them in the outdoor trash can. If the above is not maintained, we will charge a $100 special cleaning fee. Please smoke outside and dispose of your cigarettes in the trash. We appreciate your cooperation.
Checking Out
Please check out of our Airbnb rental by 11:00AM. Please checking out by this time ensures that we have enough time to clean the property and get it ready for our next guest. For any late check out, we will reserve the right to charge $200 if exceed 20 minutes and half day rate if exceed one hour.

WILDLIFE:
The desert is wild and if you are very sensitive to insects, mice & bugs - it may not be for you. If you leave a door open, animals ,flys , bugs and more might run in. There are indeed rare sightings of snakes, ants & spiders out here. We love it and so do most of our guests, but just a friendly reminder that we are indeed in the wild. And we are always more than happy to have a creature safely relocated if you find it to be a threat.

Guest will receive the smart lock code two days before arrival.

I concur with all the reviews it was a beautiful stay and host were attentive and answers questions promptly! Since I booked this as a pickleball retreat , I’ll give my thoughts on the court from a player point of view. The court is made of concrete which is a tad different feel than public courts, has wide enough area on the sides for ATPs, the white border lines are painted wider than usual and not always straight, the baseline to the edge would be around 4 feet (deep serves can be difficult to return without stepping on the rocks surrounding the court). Although the court is not perfect, the amenities make up for it. Players could hang out at the cabana or at the fire pit while waiting their turn. After playing we relaxed in the hot tub and since it’s winter did a cold plunge into the pool! Overall we’re very satisfied with our stay and having a court on site was the deciding factor.

My entire group had a fantastic time! The house was newly built, modern, and beautifully designed. The entire property was clean, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing. My group especially the kiddos, loved the pool, jacuzzi, and fire pit. It was the perfect setup for relaxing and enjoying our time together. The location was also ideal for stargazing and the night sky was super clear. Host communication was solid and Luis responded quickly and were very helpful with any questions or requests. Highly recommend this place and I’ll definitely keep this place in mind for future family or group stays.

The appliances are all old. We had to wash the dishes by hand when we first got there as they were dirty on the shelf. Could be an old dishwasher. The ice maker did not work, while you did leave one bag of ice, we drink a lot of water as a group so we had to buy additional bags. The dryer was filled with lint beyond the link basket. It took a long time to dry things and since there weren't enough pool towels and shower towels for our group, we had to wash these items. Only one dish towel just isn't enough. The faucet in the kitchen sink was terribly loose and we finally had to crawl under the sink to tighten it, out of fear it would leak. It was nice of you to send us a gift basket but for the price of your VRBO, I would invest that money into new appliances. We enjoyed the Paddle Ball Court, grill, and outdoor fireplaces. Location was convenient to the National park and small town. We did receive a package for someone else and left it on the dining table. Method of contacting anyone for assistance was not very convenient for us, having a phone contact would have been nice.
