About this house rental
Stylishly designed, safe, warm and quiet studio apartment, on leafy side street. 5 minutes walk from Twickenham station (23 mins to central London); 15 mins walk to Twickenham Rugby Stadium. Parks, Richmond, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, nearby. The flat has oak flooring throughout and has a new kitchenette with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, washer-dryer etc. There’s a modern bathroom with a shower. New heating has been installed and a hotel style king sized bed and linen mean that you'll be super comfortable. It’s part of our house but has its own keypad operated door.

We absolutely loved our 7-day stay at Stew and Nikki's studio apt. We felt safe, and public transportation was easy enough get anywhere we wanted (usually Twickenham and Richmond, or further via the Richmond station just a few bus stops away). The space was exceptionally clean and bigger than we were expecting based on the photos. We were able unpack everything into the wardrobe and drawers, and stow our luggage under the bed. The bed, btw, is first rate, very comfortable, and we slept soundly. There are so many supplies and amenities in the apartment, especially the bathroom and kitchen, we were never wanting for anything (outside of fresh foods). There's a small combo washer-dryer in the unit, and it can handle one very small load at a time. We were unfamiliar with operations, but easily found instructions for the model online. I'm sure S&N would have also happily told us how to use it, as they were very responsive from beginning to end. Overall, a 5-star experience and better than a hotel.

Property is well appointed, compact, and fine for 2 people. Essentially an efficiency, but everything is very new and there's even a washer/dryer (a combo unit). The entry is a few steps down from street level, but there are large windows (with shades) that let in plenty of light. The Thames and Eel Pie Island are an easy stroll away.
