This home is Private, Cozy and quiet, yet centrally located and only minutes from downtown Sylva, Dillsboro and Western Carolina University. Perfect for summer mountain vacation, fall leaf lookers, premier trout fishing waters, visiting your Catamount student, hiking, and more! Only 25 minutes to Harrah’s Cherokee Casino. Relax and enjoy smart Roku TVs, Wifi, nice large deck with gas grill and outdoor fire pit to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. We strive to make continual improvements for our guests (and their family pets!) to enjoy our vacation rental stay after stay. Repeat guests also receive an additional discount on future reservations!

The Host was very helpful in leaving the Porch Lights on so we knew which house we would need to drive up to (since we unfortunately arrived late at night due to traffic). This was a lovely location that wasn't too close to the Roads/Highway so we did not have to listen to vehicles, but was not too far away from anything that it would take over an hour to get to. I would recommend this location for anyone who wants to enjoy the Western Mountians.
