"The Pink Flamingo" (4BR/3BA; 1K, 3Q, 1BB; Sleeps 10) is a well-kept and inviting home is located just three blocks from the Atlantic Ocean. As you walk home from the beach, the dynamic and unique landscape changes from sandy dunes to pluff mud and salt marsh along Jungle Shores Drive. Take advantage of stunning sunsets and scenic views of the Yacht Basin from the screened-in porch located just off of the main living area or the second floor covered porch accessible from 2 of the 4 bedrooms. Glimpses of wildlife include pelicans flying in formation and bald eagles scouting for a meal make for an unforgettable experience worthy of many photographs. The private setting boasts easy access to restaurants, shops, and the bike path, and is perfect for renting a golf cart to make trips to the grocery store, the marina, and other surrounding attractions even easier. After long hot days in the sun, cool off on the shady patio while the grill master in your group cooks up burgers or your favorite fresh seafood. Streaming TV and free WiFi will keep your group entertained if a breif afternoon shower interrrupts your day in the sun. Take a break from the daily grind, come on down, and get on island time! Met our expectations. Had a good stay. Hot water on left side of house seemed to have some issues after about 5 minutes use, but I did not place a maintenance call.Kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and cookware. Beds were comfortable. I'd stay here again.
