Nice ample top floor holiday apartment. South facing terrace with breath taking views. Communal pool with sun terrace. Air conditioning. Free WiFi. Situated at only 10 minutes walking distance to the centre of the beautiful white mountain village Mijas.

INSIDE AVAILABLE: Individual air conditioning cold / hot in all rooms, two seater sofa with 6 armchairs and a dining table with 6 chairs. ENTERTAINMENT: Flat screen TV with international channels. INTERNET: Free WiFi Internet.
KITCHENFully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, extractor, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, water cooker and toaster.
LAUNDRY ROOMUtility room with washing machine and dryer
BEDROOMSThree bedrooms with enough wardrobes and air conditioning / heating. The master bedroom has a double bed of 170 X 200, an en-suite bathroom and a sliding door to the terrace. The second bedroom has 2 single beds of 100 X 200 and a sliding door to the terrace. The third bedroom has 2 single beds of 90 X 200 and a sliding door to the terrace. A children high chair and baby cot are available on request.
BATHROOMSThere are three bathrooms. The master bathroom has a bathtub with shower, a bathroom cabinet with sink, a toilet and a hair dryer. The second bathroom has a bathtub and a separate shower, a bathroom cabinet with sink and a toilet. The third bathroom has a shower, a bathroom cabinet with sink and a toilet.
TERRACELarge partly covered terrace orientated on the south with sunscreens, terrace table with 6 chairs, 2 sunbeds and 2 sun chairs.
SWIMMING POOLCommunal swimming pool with sun terrace and showers. Sunbeds can be taken from the house to the pool.
Due to the drought, all swimming pools on the Costa del Sol are closed from the end of 2023 to June 2024. Only from June to the end September 2024, they may be open. And then the same measure will apply until further notice from the government.
PARKINGCommunal parking area in front of the apartment.
CARTo fully enjoy the beautiful surroundings we recommend you to rent a car, and but as there is a bus stop at just 200 meters you can also choose to use the public transport.

Just a small complaint no carry chairs to take to the pool most of the rentals provided sun chairs to take to the cominual pool so we had to sit on the grass and at 80 years old that wasn’t easy

Kæmpe anbefaling fra os. Smukkeste udsigt. Perfekt afstand til skønneste Mijas. Vi vil til enhver tid komme tilbage til denne lejlighed.
