Accommodation was fine, clean and had hardly any issues. But just a few comments.
We are both in our mid 70's and my wife having had recent back surgery had a lot of difficulty climbing and descending 4 flights of very narrow stairs. Even I had trouble with them and I do not have big feet but I had to go down sideways. I am surprised they meet building standards.
Could definitely do with a printed welcome pack in the room to get guests started with the amenities, there were no instructions for anything.
No Microwave in the kitchen?
Freezer door was not sealing properly and kept the door from closing all the way which caused ice build up.

Stunning views from the two balconies and on first impressions everything looked perfect. However we found the 2 sofas not very comfortable and although there were 2 bathrooms the sinks were too small to use properly without lots of splashes.Although the apartment was generally very clean the freezer needed defrosting and the oven was dirty.We had to collect the key from Henry Adams offices car park which we found inconvenient as we had arrived by train and had luggage . They did agree to us leaving the keys at the end of the stay on the dining room table which helped.

Lovely clean apartment . Not for people who struggle with stairs as no lift . No parking , but managed to park for free 2 streets away . Best views to look out at any time of the day . Beds were comfortable, and bedding nice . Would definitely return .
