About this house rental
Modern Bohemian styled unit with 2 bedrooms in a duplex located in a quiet neighborhood with mature trees. Smart home technology starts with keyless entry & outdoor security cameras and continues throughout the unit with fiber optic internet, and fully equipped kitchen with washer & dryer in the unit. Within 2 minutes of the major highway 465-10 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from downtown, 5 minutes from Speedway, 5 minutes from Avon. This is very centrally located.

One Queen size bed in each bedroom, and a workspace is provided in a bedroom with a desk. Queen Size air mattress is provided if needed.

One of the CLEANEST rentals I've ever stayed at! This duplex is a very economical stay. It's not on the ritzy side of town, but it is steps away from the interstate and all the commercial stuff you could ever need. Simple but cozy.
