About this house rental
Plenty of space, clean and sharp decor, premium and eco-friendly atmosphere. Wave a friendly hello to the calm neighborhood on your morning walks, live your own little NatGeo journalist life documenting the pond life, or lounge with a local craft beer in the backyard with the BBQ cooking. All the while using nothing but energy from the sun!
There are three 4K TVs, a hot tub for 6, BBQ, and all the necessities you could need for a day at the beach.
The space
- Hot tub for up to 6 people!
- Ice cold AC! And heater for those chilly winter nights.
- 3 TVs with Netflix and Hulu! A 70" in the living room, 60" in the kitchen, and 65" in the bedroom for all your movie or TV show family needs.
- Beach necessities: towels, umbrella, chairs, kid's toys, bodyboards.
- Solar panels to completely power the house
Guest access
The whole house is yours! Only a part of the garage is used for keeping some personal belongings and cleaning supplies.
Other things to note
There is a train that passes by very close to the home. If you are very sensitive to sound, I wouldn't advise staying at my place. They typically don't run past 10pm, some instances of a train passing by at midnight is possible, but no later than that.

No swimming is allowed in the pond outside. We bear no responsibility for injuries, damages, or deaths incurred due to breaking this rule. Guests who break this rule enter the backyard pond fenced area at their own risk. The ring buoy is for emergency use only, not to be used as a toy or recreational device in any pool or hot tub.
The property has a single security camera up front facing the street. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund.

Very clean, comfortable,and welcoming home. The kitchen is well equipped, which was important to us since we do spend a lot of time in there.Spa/hot tub was a welcome addition in the evening and the backyard is very accommodating and beautiful. We felt it was a good value for the two nights we were there and would recommend highly to any future Guests

The 5 and 8 year olds were in hog heaven. Gymnastics pillows, hot tub. It was Grandma, Grandpa, Mom, Dad and two girls. The house is laid out perfectly for that. I cannot think of a better stay!

This is the best VRBO we have stayed in. I brought my three adult autistic children to Legoland and this house was so close and convenient! Also it is so cute and charming! The bathrooms are spa like and the bedrooms are perfect! The kitchen had everything we needed for the limited amount of cooking we did. I cannot recommend this place enough. It was so peaceful and clean and comfortable. We hope to come back every year!!
