About this apartment rental
Completely renovated in January 2025 to improve its quality and comfort, this apartment will make an excellent pied-à-terre for your stay in Vitré, whether for business or pleasure, for a few days or weeks.
In the heart of the shopping district and 1 min from the station, for 1 to 2 people, you will find everything you need: living room with equipped kitchenette, double bedroom, shower room, bed linen and towels provided, wifi (fibre optics).

Accommodation
Located on the 1st floor accessible by stairs, the 26 m² flat has been completely renovated during 2020-2021.
Very quiet (window overlooking a courtyard), well insulated and heated, it is composed as follows:
- Living room including a sofa, a console that can be used as a table for your meals, a flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, washing machine, hob, microwave, Senseo coffee machine and kettle, toaster).
- Double bedroom with double bed
- Shower room and separate toilet.
Neighbourhood
The flat is located at the foot of the train station, 100m away (TGV Rennes and Paris), in the heart of the shopping area of Vitré : patisserie and chocolate factory Le Derf (very famous, Meilleur Ouvrier de France), jewellery, clothes, florist, small food shop, cafés, restaurants...
Activities
There is of course the majestic chateau of Vitré (and its museum), its historic centre, the park garden and other monuments in the vicinity: the Château-Musée des Rochers-Sévigné and the churches of Saint Martin de Vitré and Notre-Dame.)
For entertainment, the Secret de la Tour sans Nom (escape game) and Laser Adventure (strategy and skill game).
For outdoor activities, the Golf des Rochers, the Vélo Promenades du pays de Vitré for family outings, discovering these walking loops which allow you to discover the local heritage mainly by taking small roads.

La Bridole "🙂 The flat is a 3-minute walk from the station in the city centre. It is very quiet. I had a very good sleep in the days I have been therethere. The flat was very clean and it had everything I needed during my stay.
🙁 The gate at the entrance to the building can't be closed, It is just attached with a small chain that you put on and take off manually, without any padlock. The door to the flat is very thin and the lock is very simple, like that of a cupboard, you can't turn it twice. I got the impression that nobody else lives in that building. I confess I didn't feel very safe there."
